In this Grade 6 Strand A French lesson teachers will use the primary source texts of several Canadian Sikhs being interviewed about immigration to guide students to discover, compare and contrast Sikhs’ reasons for immigrating to Canada; Sikhs’ experiences of immigration and Sikhs’ interactions with various communities already in Canada.
